User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of AccountPro, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving all work performed by us
• Maintaining your own records and meeting any regulatory requirements
• Paying all fees for services rendered in a timely manner

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be as agreed upon in the engagement letter or service agreement between you and AccountPro. Payment terms will also be specified in such documents.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect services already engaged under a prior fee agreement without your consent.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AccountPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AccountPro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any content obtained from the website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
