Fees for our services will be as agreed upon in the engagement letter or service agreement between you and AccountPro. Payment terms will also be specified in such documents.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect services already engaged under a prior fee agreement without your consent.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AccountPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AccountPro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
